PROJECTS

Our postgraduate curriculum includes short term research projects that all students undertake.

Each year every postgraduate completes 5 research projects that fall under 15 research categories. The research category includes clinical trials, animal studies, KAP surveys, innovative techniques, material science studies, patent, equipment analysis, molecular biology projects, systematic reviews, case reports, decision analysis reviews, clinical practise guidelines and interdisciplinary projects.

This is an initiative taken up in order to expose the students to the field of research and inculcate in them the enthusiasm and interest to take a step forward from their regular clinical practice and academics. These projects enable the students to think out of the box and come up with various novel techniques, materials and methods for the development and betterment of the current face of dentistry.
